Tech/Onboarding Specialist
We're hiring a Tech/Onboarding Specialist to set up new roofing clients in our systems and get their campaigns tech-ready from day one. You'll build out CRM pipelines, tracking, and automations for each new client so campaigns launch clean and on time.
About the role
We're a marketing agency specializing exclusively in the roofing industry, and we're hiring a Tech/Onboarding Specialist to own the technical setup for every new client that comes on board. You'll make sure tracking, automations, and systems are dialed in from day one so campaigns launch without a hitch.
What you'll do:
Onboard new clients into our CRM/tech stack
Configure tracking, pixels, and integrations for each account
Coordinate with media buyers and client success to ensure a smooth handoff
Troubleshoot tech issues that come up during onboarding
Document setup processes to keep onboarding consistent across clients
Flag and resolve gaps in tracking or automation before they affect campaign performance
Requirements
Experience with CRM platforms (GoHighLevel a plus)
Comfortable configuring integrations, tracking, and pixels
Detail-oriented with strong troubleshooting skills
Able to manage multiple onboarding projects at once
Organized and process-driven
