Operations Manager

We're a marketing agency specializing exclusively in the roofing industry, and we're hiring an Operations Manager to help us scale efficiently. You'll work across departments to streamline processes, support the team, and keep the business running smoothly as we grow.

What you'll do:

• Oversee day-to-day operations across departments

• Identify and fix process bottlenecks

• Support hiring and onboarding of new team members

• Manage internal tools and workflows

• Work closely with leadership on scaling systems as the company grows
