We're a marketing agency specializing exclusively in the roofing industry, and we're hiring a Fulfillment Manager to oversee how our services get delivered to clients day to day. You'll be the person making sure nothing falls through the cracks across accounts.
What you'll do:
Oversee day-to-day service delivery across client accounts
Coordinate between media buying, tech, and sales teams to ensure smooth execution
Monitor deliverable timelines and quality
Flag and resolve fulfillment issues before they affect clients
Report on fulfillment performance to leadership
Identify process improvements to make delivery more efficient
Requirements
Experience in service delivery, account operations, or project coordination (agency experience a plus)
Highly organized with strong follow-through
Comfortable managing multiple accounts/projects simultaneously
Strong cross-team communication skills
Problem-solver who catches issues early
