CRM & Automation Specialist
We're looking for a CRM & Automation Specialist to maintain our CRM and build/fix automations that keep our lead flow, client accounts, and internal processes running smoothly. Experience with GoHighLevel, Make.com, and Zapier is a must.
About the role
We're a marketing agency specializing exclusively in the roofing industry, and we're hiring a CRM & Automation Specialist to own our tech stack behind the scenes. You'll maintain and optimize our CRM, build new automations, and troubleshoot issues that affect lead routing, client workflows, and team efficiency.
What you'll do:
Maintain and manage our CRM (GoHighLevel), keeping pipelines, workflows, and data clean and functional
Build new automations to support lead routing, follow-ups, notifications, and internal processes
Troubleshoot and fix broken automations or integration issues quickly
Connect and manage integrations between tools using Make.com and Zapier
Work with the team to identify manual processes that can be automated
Monitor automation performance and proactively catch failures before they impact operations
Document workflows and automations for internal reference
Support onboarding of new tools or systems as needed
Requirements
Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) — required
Hands-on experience with Make.com — required
Hands-on experience with Zapier — required
Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working independently and managing multiple automations/systems at once
Experience with CRM pipeline setup and workflow logic
Bonus: basic understanding of APIs, webhooks, or light coding (JavaScript/Python)
