Client Sales Rep (CSR)

We're a marketing agency specializing exclusively in the roofing industry, and we're hiring a Client Sales Rep to work our inbound pipeline of homeowners who've already expressed interest in roofing services. Your job is to reach out quickly, qualify them, and get them booked for an appointment/estimate with one of our roofing clients — no cold calling involved.

What you'll do:

• Contact warm, inbound leads (homeowners) via phone, text, and email

• Qualify leads and confirm interest/fit before booking

• Book qualified appointments/estimates directly onto client calendars

• Follow up promptly on new leads to maximize show-up and conversion rates

• Track lead status, outcomes, and appointments in our CRM

• Handle basic questions and objections professionally to keep leads engaged

• Coordinate with account managers to ensure smooth handoffs and high show rates

• Prior experience in appointment setting, inside sales, or lead follow-up (roofing/home services experience a plus)

• Strong phone and written communication skills

• Fast response time — comfortable working time-sensitive inbound leads

• Experience using a CRM or dialer system

• Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
